Sindicatos rechazan reforma laboral que avanza en el Senado
En un comunicado emitido este domingo, los sindicatos criticaron los cambios introducidos por la Comisión Cuarta del Senado, calificándolos como una “contrarreforma” que —en su opinión— favorece al sector empresarial y desvirtúa el espíritu original del proyecto.
Las principales centrales obreras de Colombia, agrupadas en el Comando Central Unitario, rechazaron públicamente la versión actual de la reforma laboral que avanza en el Congreso y que está a solo un debate de ser aprobada.
Según el movimiento sindical, al menos 13 puntos de la iniciativa son considerados regresivos. Entre ellos destacan la habilitación del trabajo por horas, la reducción de los regímenes de estabilidad reforzada para trabajadores en condiciones especiales, la exclusión de los aprendices del Sena de un vínculo laboral formal, y el fomento a la tercerización.
“Lo que debía ser una reforma para garantizar empleo digno y decente, se ha convertido en una traición del Congreso que busca normalizar la precariedad laboral”, señalaron en el pronunciamiento.
Un gobierno ambiguo y sindicatos cada vez más distantes
La relación entre el Ejecutivo y las organizaciones sindicales se ha tensado en medio del vaivén legislativo. Tras el hundimiento inicial de la reforma, el gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro impulsó una consulta popular para reactivar el debate. Sin embargo, esta también fue rechazada en el Congreso, y desde entonces la estrategia gubernamental ha mostrado señales contradictorias.
Mientras el presidente y algunos sectores del oficialismo insisten públicamente en la vía de la consulta, varios ministros han celebrado el avance del proyecto en su nueva versión. Esa ambigüedad ha generado malestar entre los sindicatos, que han comenzado a tomar distancia de la iniciativa.
Esta semana, las centrales convocaron a un paro nacional en rechazo a la reforma, aunque la jornada tuvo una baja participación. El desenlace del debate final en el Congreso marcará no solo el futuro del proyecto laboral, sino también el estado de las relaciones entre el gobierno y el movimiento sindical que, hasta hace poco, era uno de sus principales aliados.
